A variety of colorful, mostly local and seasonal veggies individually steamed, a small scoop of quinoa, providing protein. The dressing is made with lots of fresh Mediterranean herbs and soaked pumpkin seeds. So good!
Serving size: one large entrée-sized meal or 2-3 side dishes. Dressing is approximately 1/2 cup.
