Our Gingery Root Pickle is fermented for one week and is gingery and crunchy and filled with probiotics and enzymes.

Each pint is approximately 1 pound.

Ingredients (organically grown unless marked with an asterisk): carrots, daikon, rutabaga, filtered water, starter, fresh garlic, fresh ginger root, mineral salt.
