Each sample menu below is representative of what is offered on a weekly basis from The Open Hearth.

With certain exceptions all offerings are vegan. Common examples: occasionally we offer an optional high-quality dairy garnishes which can be omitted and when we offer a dish made with eggs (which is always dairy-free) substitutions of the entire dish can be made.
